When: Wednesday, September 8-Friday, September 10
Where: Doe River Gorge, Tennessee
Depart: Wednesday morning 9:00AM
Return: Friday afternoon 2:30PM
Who: All students in grades 9th-12th
Cost: $140; Payable to DCA

Step 1: Sign up and turn in forms! These can be turned in starting Monday, August 23, but no later than Friday, September 2.
There are 4 forms required:
-Doe River Permission Form
-Doe River Assumption of Covid Risk Form
-School Special Event Form
-School Medical Release Form (this should have been completed at Parent Orientation)
Please reserve your space as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Step 2: Pack your bag! Students should pack 1 medium-sized bag for the trip (space is limited). Bring your Bible, sheets or sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries, sunscreen, bug repellent, sweatshirt, pajamas, change of clothes, bag for dirty/wet clothes, windbreaker/jacket, tennis shoes. Bathing suits should be modest; bring a T-shirt to wear over 2-piece suits.
Step 3: Enjoy the trip! Retreat is one of the best times of the year for building relationships, worshipping together, and having a ton of fun! You do NOT want to miss this!
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Meals: All meals provided except for lunch on the way down Wednesday and on the way back Friday. (Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions.) Students should pack a bag lunch for the ride down or bring money for fast food lunch on the way down and on the way back.
Chaperones so far include: Dug Hampton, and others to be announced. We need parent drivers to help transport students there and back. Let us know if you can help.

Note: There will be no classes for 9th-12th graders on these dates
