ANNOUNCEMENTS
Press On
“Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:12-14
“And we know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way as to take the prize.” I Corinthians 9:24

Nut-Free Reminders
We would like to ask you to help us provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all our students.  This year we have several students with peanut and/or tree nut allergies.  This situation has potentially devastating effects due to the severity of some of the allergies.  We are asking you to NOT send any peanut butter, nuts (of any kind) and/or items containing nuts to school (lunches, snacks, parties, etc.).
If you have any further questions please feel free to contact Dug Hampton at dug.hampton@gmail.com.

How Can You Help at DCA?
Continue to pray for the school year!
Tell others about DCA!
  • Can you be an Elementary Teacher Lunch Hero? Do you have even one day a month that you could eat lunch with an elementary class and give the teacher her lunch break? If so, email joanna.hampton@dcamail.org
  • Check out the teacher wish lists.
