School Closing Information

There are three ways to get information about inclement weather & emergency school closings for Dayspring:

1. On TV stations -- WDBJ CHANNEL 7 and WSLS CHANNEL 10
2. On-line at www.wsls.com or wdbj7.com
3. Sign-up to have school closings sent to your cell phone.

   Go to: Winter Weather Center
   Click on: Closings & Delays
   Right above WSLS - ON YOUR SIDE, go to: "For closings by cell phone, click here"
   Follow procedure for signing up.
   You can designate as many schools or businesses as you like.

Delayed openings will always be two hours late (never just one hour). Students should report to their appropriate class by 10:25 a.m. on these days.
