Supporting Dayspring : United Scrip
Dayspring is partnering with UnitedScrip to offer a simple way to
support the school by purchasing gift cards, which can be used at
dozens of area stores and restaurants. For an overview of the program,
please see this letter.
To order cards,
use this order form.
Return the order form along with your check, made payable to Dayspring, to the main office by the order deadline.
You may also make your purchase online:
Go to www.ScripZone.com and click on the New User link to set up
your account. After your account is set up, you will be asked to provide a code that will link your orders to Dayspring. Our school code is 540552DCA. Once you enter this code, you can follow the link that says "Go to place an order."
There are three options available for online ordering:
Option #1: You may place your order online and then send a check (made payable to Dayspring) to the main office. Your order will not be placed if your payment has not been received by the order deadline. This option does not cost any extra for you or for the school.
Option #2: You may place your order online and have the money taken directly from your checking account by United Scrip. Such direct bank drafts will cost you $0.50 with each order.
Option #3: You may place your order online and pay by credit card. United Scrip pays a 3% fee to the credit card company which will come directly out of Dayspring's profits. With this option, you may not purchase gift cards for which Dayspring receives less than a 3% profit (e.g., Walmart, gas cards, etc.) and other cards you purchase will give a reduced profit to Dayspring (e.g., gift cards from Staples typically give Dayspring 5%, but when you make your purchase with a credit card, Dayspring will instead receive 2%).
When ordering online, you will have access to all of the cards offered by United Scrip and not just the local retailers listed on our order form.
This will come in handy when ordering for out-of-town family or friends.
